Because each item in my shop is custom engraved and personalized by hand, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed and work has begun, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Personalized items are made uniquely for you — including custom names, lettering styles, colors, and design choices — and cannot be resold. For this reason, I’m unable to accept returns for any custom or engraved products.

If there is ever an issue with the quality of your order, or your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I will happily work with you to make it right.
